Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Supervise and guide technician staff in performing maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure team compliance with company standards and safety protocols.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Draft and respond to emails regarding service requests and updates.
Conduct site visits to assess and address customer needs.
Service Operations:
Plan and oversee all service activities, including preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Coordinate and manage schedules for service visits and repairs.
Monitor and maintain service quality standards.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer interactions and maintenance logs.
Prepare and submit service reports to management as required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical).
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in service management or related roles in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance systems.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Soft Skills:
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
Customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
