Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate sales, follow up on inquiries, or provide customer support. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales.
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide solutions.
- Explain products/services and answer customer questions to encourage purchases.
- Follow up on prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Update CRM/software with call details, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or sales.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while dealing with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum High School / Graduate (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role (freshers are welcome).
- Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in [languages required].
- Persuasive and confident telephone handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
