Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily store operations including inward, outward, and stock maintenance.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.
- Issue raw materials, consumables, and spare parts to production and project teams as per requirement.
- Maintain proper records of stock.
- Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation, and report discrepancies to management.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase for timely replenishment.
- Handle dispatch of finished goods, coordinate with logistics, and prepare delivery challans.
- Implement and ensure compliance with company’s store policies and safety standards.
- Submit periodic stock and consumption reports to management.
- Assist in audits and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain (preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing (capital goods, fabrication, or kitchen equipment industry).
- Strong knowledge of store operations, stock management, and dispatch processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and inventory systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of safety and handling of fabrication materials, stainless steel sheets, hardware, and electrical/mechanical components will be an added advantage.
