Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily store operations including inward, outward, and stock maintenance.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against purchase orders/invoices.
  • Issue raw materials, consumables, and spare parts to production and project teams as per requirement.
  • Maintain proper records of stock.
  • Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation, and report discrepancies to management.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of materials to avoid damage or loss.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with purchase for timely replenishment.
  • Handle dispatch of finished goods, coordinate with logistics, and prepare delivery challans.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with company’s store policies and safety standards.
  • Submit periodic stock and consumption reports to management.
  • Assist in audits and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Materials Management / Supply Chain (preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in store/inventory management, preferably in manufacturing (capital goods, fabrication, or kitchen equipment industry).
  • Strong knowledge of store operations, stock management, and dispatch processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP software, and inventory systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of safety and handling of fabrication materials, stainless steel sheets, hardware, and electrical/mechanical components will be an added advantage.
