- Study project drawings, BOQ, and client requirements to plan and execute project activities.
- Coordinate with design and AutoCAD team for layout drawings, shop drawings, and approvals.
- Prepare project schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Supervise site installation, commissioning, and handover of kitchen equipment.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients for site coordination and project updates.
- Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are followed during execution.
- Provide technical support to production and site teams.
- Identify and resolve technical or execution challenges during the project.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project closure reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, site coordination, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines.
