We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Engineer specializing in process control systems using Allen-Bradley or Rockwell Automation platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial automation systems in manufacturing or process industries.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>PLC Programming &amp; Troubleshooting: Develop, modify, and optimize PLC programs using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation (RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000, Studio 5000).</li><li>SCADA &amp; HMI Development: Configure and maintain FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, Ignition, or other SCADA/HMI systems for process monitoring and control.</li><li>Process Control Implementation: Design and implement PID loops, motor control, flow, temperature, and pressure control strategies.</li><li>Networking &amp; Communication: Set up and maintain EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and other industrial communication protocols.</li><li>Instrumentation &amp; Field Devices: Integrate and calibrate sensors, transmitters, and actuators for industrial applications.</li><li>System Integration: Work with VFDs, DCS, robotics, and other automation components for seamless integration.</li><li>Testing &amp; Commissioning: Lead system validation, testing, and on-site commissioning at client locations.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISA, IEC, and NFPA.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit &amp; loss reports.</li><li>Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis for spare parts.</li><li>Process export documentation and invoices, and liaise with banks for foreign exchange transactions.</li><li>Conduct periodic audits and financial risk assessments.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient financial operations.</li><li>Utilize accounting software (Tally or equivalent) for bookkeeping and reporting.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Manage end-to-end import and export operations, including documentation and compliance.</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, letters of credit, and other shipping documents.</li><li>Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents for smooth cargo movement.</li><li>Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export-import policies.</li><li>Handle foreign exchange transactions, banking procedures, and LC (Letter of Credit) documentation.</li><li>Maintain and update records of shipments, contracts, and client communications.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely order execution.</li><li>Monitor logistics, shipping costs, and negotiate freight rates for cost-effective operations.</li><li>Assist in market research for new business opportunities and international client outreach.</li><li>Stay updated on global trade trends, currency fluctuations, and government trade policies.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates for automation projects, including hardware, software, installation, and labor costs.</li><li>Assess the scope of work and technical specifications to generate comprehensive cost breakdowns.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to understand system requirements and potential challenges.</li><li>Develop pricing strategies for automation solutions, ensuring competitiveness in the market while maintaining profitability.</li><li>Prepare and review proposals, considering factors such as materials, labor, engineering, design, and overheads.</li><li>Provide clients with cost-effective solutions based on their specifications and project requirements.</li><li>Develop project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that the costs are in line with estimates throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Review cost variances and identify areas for cost reduction or improvement.</li><li>Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for materials, components, and services required in automation projects.</li><li>Negotiate terms, pricing, and lead times with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.</li></ul>
