- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Oversee inventory accounting and cost analysis for spare parts.
- Process export documentation and invoices, and liaise with banks for foreign exchange transactions.
- Conduct periodic audits and financial risk assessments.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient financial operations.
- Utilize accounting software (Tally or equivalent) for bookkeeping and reporting.
