<h2>Job description</h2>Roles &amp; Responsibility:• Experience or interest of working in a customer service role in the travel industry would be preferred.• Excellent knowledge of GDS software like Amadeus, Galileo &amp; Sabre.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• Good knowledge of either Re-issue, Refund, Cancellation.• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask• Ability to work independently and in a team environment• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle and resolve customer complaints• Knowledge of online hotel booking systems.• Handing flights booking, cancellation and refunds. Must Have Qualities:• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred, however other graduates withrelevant experience and good communications skills could also apply.• BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.• IATA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
