Job Description for Technician - 2 &amp; 4 Stroke Engine Specialist Diagnose the problems in our customers’ machines and repair them. Travel to different locations to perform the demos, repairs, and training for customers. The Service Technician will install and test products and provide details to customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product. To do well as one of our service technicians, you will need to have a deep understanding of the machines, specifically 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, that you work with. The role will involve strong collaboration with Overseas Dealers and Customers, while also ensuring timely resolution of product issues and damages. You should be physically fit to lift heavy equipment. Candidate will report to the HOD- All India Service.
