Job Description for Technician - 2 & 4 Stroke Engine Specialist

Diagnose the problems in our customers’ machines and repair them. Travel to different locations to perform the demos, repairs, and training for customers. The Service Technician will install and test products and provide details to customers with instructions on the proper usage of the product.

To do well as one of our service technicians, you will need to have a deep understanding of the machines, specifically 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, that you work with. The role will involve strong collaboration with Overseas Dealers and Customers, while also ensuring timely resolution of product issues and damages. You should be physically fit to lift heavy equipment.

Candidate will report to the HOD- All India Service.

Responsibilities include-

1.       Installing, repairing, and testing company products/farm equipment, and machinery, as well as providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product and educating customers/farmers on how to use and maintain their devices.

1. Utilize a variety of tools, products, and techniques to repair machine problems.

3.       Provide technical support and guidance through multiple communication channels to ensure Dealer and customer satisfaction. Answer any questions that our customers may have about the maintenance of their machines.

1. Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.

5.       Regular servicing of KisanKraft products when required for farm equipment, such as farm or factory machines, petrol & diesel engines, fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.

6.       Promoting the company's services and products.

7.       Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.

Required experience: 2+ years of experience working in the automobile industry (petrol/diesel engines) as a technician or mechanic, with specific knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, preferably speaking local language/Hindi.

Travel: Travel is required for this position for product demos, repairs, etc.

Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
