We are looking for executives with outgoing personality, good people skills and desire to work in rural sales. You will need to travel to small towns and villages for dealer development, machinery demonstration to farmers, customer support etc. The candidate must to be familiar with agriculture, rural economy, hard-working and willing to travel. You will report to the Sales Managers at the branches.

Responsibilities include:

1.                  Develop and execute a data driven sales plan for your territory

2.                  Define sales target, track performance, and revise strategy to deliver on goals

3.                  Visiting dealers regularly to build a strong relationship and grow revenues

4.                  Driving sales numbers & profitability

5.                  Field demonstration of current products, exhibition participation and other promotional activity

6.                  Analyzing competition product portfolio, quality, pricing v/s KisanKraft products

7.                  Understand crop seasons and farmer requirements. Devise strategy by interacting with farmers, dealers and agri-officers

8.                  Align your sales plans with agronomy data for your zone, with the help of KisanKraft’s Agronomy team

9.                  Ensure empanelment in various governmental agencies, and participate in tenders

10.               Develop KisanKraft’s exclusive stores across your territory

11.               Develop new markets and channels for new products among dealers/farmers in your territory

12.               Daily progress report on your territory to your supervisory manager

13.               Track performance of marketing campaigns, market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and report key issues to management

14.               Learn from colleagues, dealers and farmers, and share your knowledge with others.

Travel: Travel is required for this position. Minimum travel of 12-days for dealer visits and 3-days of field demonstration is mandatory.

Qualification: BBA or MBA in Sales/Marketing (with rural focus), or BE/BTech in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering

Experience: Freshers are welcome. However, 1-4 years experience is preferred.
