Position Overview: Investment AssociateThe Associate at ITI Growth Opportunities Venture Capital Fund will play a key role in supporting the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluation to execution and portfolio management. This role requires strong financial acumen, analytical rigor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of private equity and venture capital investment principles, along with experience in financial analysis and market research. As a core member of the investment team, the Associate will contribute to due diligence, investment theses, and strategic decision-making, gaining hands-on exposure to the venture investment process. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deal Sourcing &amp; Networking – Build and maintain strong networks across India to identify investment opportunities. Engage with founders, entrepreneurs, incubators, and industry peers to source deals and assess market trends. Conduct initial screenings through meetings with management teams.</li><li>Investment Analysis &amp; Execution – Evaluate potential investments by preparing financial models, research reports, and investment memorandums. Engage with the startup and investor ecosystem to enhance visibility, deal flow, and industry positioning.</li></ul> Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>1-4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or relevant startups, with a strong understanding of early-stage investments.</li><li>Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, finance, business, or a related field from a well-recognized institution. This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, managing fund documentation, ensuring accurate reporting, and coordinating with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
