Job Description: Lead - Fund Accounting, Compliance, and Investment Operations

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to lead fund accounting, compliance, and investment operations for ITI Growth Opportunities Fund. The candidate should have a background in fund regulations, accounting, and compliance, along with an understanding of AIF operations. This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance, managing fund documentation, ensuring accurate reporting, and coordinating with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with all SEBI regulations related to investments and reporting.
• Manage quarterly and periodic reporting to SEBI, maintaining records for audits and regulatory review.
• Documentation and Compliance Management
• Handle documentation and compliance processes for investee companies and investors.
• Maintain compliance with investor and investee agreements of the AIF.
• Fund Reporting
• Provide timely reports on fund progress to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Accounting and Taxation
• Oversee fund accounting, taxation, and compliance with related audit reports.
• Manage financial processes in line with IGAAP and income tax regulations.

Key Interactions:

• Internal Stakeholders: Investors, Investment Manager, Trustees
• External Stakeholders: SEBI, other regulatory authorities, and external auditors

Key Requirements:

• CA / CS qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of AIF regulations, IGAAP, Income Tax regulations, and Companies Act
• Expertise in taxation, compliance, and audit, ideally with experience in a CA advisory firm or an AIF
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and a strong sense of process management
