<ul><li>Achieve sales by meeting various distributors and farmers. Understand their requirements and provide them the requisite solutions.</li><li>Ensure that the budgeted sales volumes and revenues are met with, so as to achieve business results in line with the Company’s Credit policy.</li><li>Carry out field visits, i.e. visiting dealers, distributors, farmers, etc in one’s own territory for product penetration.</li><li>Expand new markets by appointing new distributors.</li><li>Manage current distributors, take sales orders from them and ensure timely delivery of products by liasoning with the backend.</li><li>Evaluate target customers and farm tracking processes across the team resulting in business growth. Coordinate and manage the process of collections from the dealers and the distributors based the credit limit available to them.</li><li>Monitoring the company's top priority product (focus product</li><li>Appointment of new distributor/sub-distributor in the vacant area</li><li>Visiting the market of a distributor and generate the secondary sales through the dealer, sub-dealer.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Capacity to work independently.</li><li>Ensure SAP Onlinenes is maintained in spirit in matter of GRN, Production, Sales &amp; all financial transactions. Accuracy of accounts in all respects to be ensured through daily checks of total GRNS, Total Production &amp; Total dispatches and matching the same with SAP records.</li><li>Ensure Cash is maintained (as per detailed guidance Note)</li><li>Ensure Banking Transactions for collections &amp; payments are maintained, and all bank accounts are reconciled daily.</li><li>Ensure that cycle count is done &amp; entered in the system on regular basis.&nbsp;Engineering Spares &amp; Fuel Consumption is booked regularly by the productions/stores teams.</li><li>Ensure proper accounting is done for Fixed Asset Movements &amp; sale.</li><li>Participate in the Inventory Verification &amp; Fixed Asset Verification exercises regularly.100% Inventory should be verified, at least once a month, and Fixed Assets should be verified at least once in a quarter</li><li>Actively monitor the process loss for the unit.</li><li>Review cost &amp; contribution data daily, and raise immediate alert in case of major deviations.</li><li>Ensure that Invoice Posting is done regularly, after scrutinizing the invoices for correctness of rate, discounts, freight conditions etc.</li><li>Should actively ensure Circularization of Debtors Ledger Statements on monthly basis, with reconciliations done &amp; balance confirmations obtained at least once in a quarter.</li></ul>
