- Capacity to work independently.
- Ensure SAP Onlinenes is maintained in spirit in matter of GRN, Production, Sales & all financial transactions. Accuracy of accounts in all respects to be ensured through daily checks of total GRNS, Total Production & Total dispatches and matching the same with SAP records.
- Ensure Cash is maintained (as per detailed guidance Note)
- Ensure Banking Transactions for collections & payments are maintained, and all bank accounts are reconciled daily.
- Ensure that cycle count is done & entered in the system on regular basis. Engineering Spares & Fuel Consumption is booked regularly by the productions/stores teams.
- Ensure proper accounting is done for Fixed Asset Movements & sale.
- Participate in the Inventory Verification & Fixed Asset Verification exercises regularly.100% Inventory should be verified, at least once a month, and Fixed Assets should be verified at least once in a quarter
- Actively monitor the process loss for the unit.
- Review cost & contribution data daily, and raise immediate alert in case of major deviations.
- Ensure that Invoice Posting is done regularly, after scrutinizing the invoices for correctness of rate, discounts, freight conditions etc.
- Should actively ensure Circularization of Debtors Ledger Statements on monthly basis, with reconciliations done & balance confirmations obtained at least once in a quarter.
