Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join DPI India Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in Vadasithur- (Coimbatore District), Taramangalam (Salem District). The Supervisor will oversee daily activities, Supplier Identification, Manage labours, Material Movement within the Land. Qualifications and Skills.<ul><li>Good at solving problems to quickly fix and manage work-related challenges.</li><li>Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Skilled at resolving conflicts to handle disagreements and keep a positive and peaceful workplace.</li><li>Skilled in Inward &amp; Outward processes (Mandatory skill) for managing material movements.</li><li>Proficient in Manpower Management (Mandatory skill) to allocate and supervise workforce effectively.</li><li>Skilled in managing stock to keep inventory accurate and available.</li></ul> Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage daily work on the land to ensure everything runs smoothly.</li><li>Guide and support workers while supervising their tasks.</li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing materials to make the process efficient.</li><li>Organize and assign tasks to workers to meet production goals.</li><li>Keep accurate stock records and ensure enough inventory is available.</li><li>Spot problems and quickly find effective solutions.</li><li>Create and share regular reports on collections and stock.</li><li>Build a positive and productive workplace through good leadership.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities :Hydraulic Press Maintenance:<ul><li>Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on hydraulic presses.</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and controls.</li><li>Replace or repair defective components to restore equipment functionality.</li></ul>Mechanical Systems Maintenance:<ul><li>Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and conveyors.</li><li>Ensure proper alignment and lubrication of mechanical systems.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.</li></ul>Troubleshooting and Repairs:<ul><li>Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic issues.</li></ul> Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 1 year working on hydraulic press systems.</li><li>Technical Knowledge:</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li></ul> Benefits:ESI, PF, Gratuity, Paid Leaves, Annual Bonus, Annual Increments.
