Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join DPI India Pvt Ltd. This full-time position is based in Vadasithur- (Coimbatore District), Taramangalam (Salem District). The Supervisor will oversee daily activities, Supplier Identification, Manage labours, Material Movement within the Land.

Qualifications and Skills.

• Good at solving problems to quickly fix and manage work-related challenges.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Skilled at resolving conflicts to handle disagreements and keep a positive and peaceful workplace.
• Skilled in Inward & Outward processes (Mandatory skill) for managing material movements.
• Proficient in Manpower Management (Mandatory skill) to allocate and supervise workforce effectively.
• Skilled in managing stock to keep inventory accurate and available.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily work on the land to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Guide and support workers while supervising their tasks.
• Handle incoming and outgoing materials to make the process efficient.
• Organize and assign tasks to workers to meet production goals.
• Keep accurate stock records and ensure enough inventory is available.
• Spot problems and quickly find effective solutions.
• Create and share regular reports on collections and stock.
• Build a positive and productive workplace through good leadership.
