Key Responsibilities :

Hydraulic Press Maintenance:

• Perform regular preventive maintenance and inspections on hydraulic presses.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and controls.
• Replace or repair defective components to restore equipment functionality.

Mechanical Systems Maintenance:

• Inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and conveyors.
• Ensure proper alignment and lubrication of mechanical systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively.

Troubleshooting and Repairs:

• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex mechanical and hydraulic issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Diploma or certification in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, with at least 1 year working on hydraulic press systems.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
