<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Sourcing &amp; Screening:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Identify and reach out to OPT/CPT candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed), and internal databases.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, visa status, availability, and job preferences.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate candidate records.</li></ul><ol><li>Candidate Relationship Management:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build and maintain strong relationships with students from universities, training institutes, and consultants.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Regularly follow up with candidates to track job readiness and availability.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Guide candidates through resume preparation, interview processes, and onboarding.</li></ul><ol><li>Job Marketing &amp; Placement:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Promote bench candidates (especially those recently trained) to clients, vendors, and staffing partners.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Submit candidates to suitable job openings and ensure quick turnaround.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Coordinate interviews and negotiate job offers between candidates and clients.</li></ul><ol><li>Vendor &amp; Client Coordination:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Build a network of Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Teams to align candidate submissions with job requirements.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Follow up on interview feedback and facilitate smooth hiring processes.</li></ul><ol><li>Compliance &amp; Documentation:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Ensure candidates meet compliance standards (valid OPT/EAD, I-983, I-20, etc.).</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Assist in completing required forms and agreements as per client or university regulations.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate and company information.</li></ul><ol><li>Market Research &amp; Strategy:</li></ol><ul><li class="ql-indent-1">Keep up to date with visa policies, market demand, and technology trends.</li><li class="ql-indent-1">Strategically focus on high-demand skill sets and new training programs for better placement ratios.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills Required:</h3><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Knowledge of different visa types (F1, OPT, CPT, H1B, STEM OPT, etc.)</li><li>Familiarity with US time zones and corporate work culture</li><li>Proficiency in using ATS/CRM tools and job portals</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment</li></ul>
