Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team at CORtracker in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in connecting with talented individuals and developing professional relationships to enhance our staffing and consulting capabilities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter for efficient candidate sourcing and recruitment processes (Mandatory skill).
- Proficient in using Boolean search methods to identify potential candidates across various platforms and databases.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment workflow.
- Familiar with VMS Portals to efficiently post job listings and manage candidate applications.
- In-depth understanding of tax terms and their implications in recruitment and employment contracts.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure favorable outcomes for both candidates and the company.
- Comprehensive knowledge of immigration visas, including H1B, OPT, and CPT, to manage candidate eligibility and compliance.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet recruitment deadlines effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential candidates for bench sales positions through various sourcing techniques.
- Establish and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to fulfill staffing needs within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to anticipate demand for talent acquisition initiatives.
