Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing & Screening:
  • Identify and reach out to OPT/CPT candidates using job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed), and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate skills, visa status, availability, and job preferences.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain accurate candidate records.
  1. Candidate Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students from universities, training institutes, and consultants.
  • Regularly follow up with candidates to track job readiness and availability.
  • Guide candidates through resume preparation, interview processes, and onboarding.
  1. Job Marketing & Placement:
  • Promote bench candidates (especially those recently trained) to clients, vendors, and staffing partners.
  • Submit candidates to suitable job openings and ensure quick turnaround.
  • Coordinate interviews and negotiate job offers between candidates and clients.
  1. Vendor & Client Coordination:
  • Build a network of Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Business Development Teams to align candidate submissions with job requirements.
  • Follow up on interview feedback and facilitate smooth hiring processes.
  1. Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure candidates meet compliance standards (valid OPT/EAD, I-983, I-20, etc.).
  • Assist in completing required forms and agreements as per client or university regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of candidate and company information.
  1. Market Research & Strategy:
  • Keep up to date with visa policies, market demand, and technology trends.
  • Strategically focus on high-demand skill sets and new training programs for better placement ratios.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of different visa types (F1, OPT, CPT, H1B, STEM OPT, etc.)
  • Familiarity with US time zones and corporate work culture
  • Proficiency in using ATS/CRM tools and job portals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
