Requirements• Experience: 3–9 years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB) solutions.• Certifications: ServiceNow ITOM-related certifications preferred (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM, Discovery,Service Mapping).• Technical Skills:o Proficiency with ServiceNow ITOM modules, CMDB structure, and Discovery processes.o Hands-on experience configuring MID Servers, integrating infrastructure data, and building workflows.o Scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow Flow Designer experience.o Familiarity with ITIL/Configuration Management practices.o Ability to support delivery in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.• Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications• 3–9 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.• Understanding of ServiceNow SecOps application fundamentals, especially SIR and/or VR modules.• Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and knowledge of ServiceNow Studio or App Engine.• Exposure to IT security concepts, incident management, or vulnerability management processes.• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.• Willingness to learn, participate in code reviews, and follow defined development standards.Preferred Qualifications• Completion of relevant SecOps certifications.• Experience assisting with integrations of third-party security products into ServiceNow.• Some knowledge of Agile project methodology and ITIL processes.• Ability to deliver clear technical documentation.• Interest in pursuing ServiceNow certifications.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead design, development, and maintenance of&nbsp;Oracle EBS R12 SCM&nbsp;technical solutions (Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, iProcurement, ASCP).</li><li>Architect and deliver&nbsp;RICEW&nbsp;components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.</li><li>Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.</li><li>Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and code optimization.</li><li>Support upgrades, patches, and system integrations.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>In-depth Oracle EBS R12 SCM technical expertise with mastery of&nbsp;Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management&nbsp;flows.</li><li>Advanced PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, APIs.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills.</li><li>Ability to mentor junior developers and review technical deliverables.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead implementation, customization, and support for&nbsp;Oracle EBS R12 Manufacturing modules&nbsp;– BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality, MES.</li><li>Work with business teams to gather requirements, prepare functional designs, and deliver scalable solutions.</li><li>Develop and enhance&nbsp;RICEW&nbsp;objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.</li><li>Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for better efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrations with Inventory, Procurement, and Supply Chain.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and deliver SAP GTS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.</li><li>Configure and customize GTS modules including Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management.</li><li>Integrate GTS with SAP ECC/S4HANA logistics modules (SD, MM, and TM).</li><li>Analyze business requirements, map processes, and design optimal GTS solutions.</li><li>Perform functional and integration testing; support UAT.</li><li>Ensure compliance with changing global trade regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams for developments and interface requirements.</li><li>Provide end-user training and documentation.</li></ul> Required Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of SAP GTS experience within an overall 6+ years.</li><li>Expertise in Compliance Management (SPL Screening, Embargo Checks, Legal Control), Customs Management, and Risk Management.</li><li>Strong integration experience with SAP ECC/S4HANA (SD, MM).</li><li>Good understanding of global trade and customs regulations.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li></ul>
