Required Qualifications

• 3–9 years of experience in ServiceNow development or administration.

• Understanding of ServiceNow SecOps application fundamentals, especially SIR and/or VR modules.

• Scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and knowledge of ServiceNow Studio or App Engine.

• Exposure to IT security concepts, incident management, or vulnerability management processes.

• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn, participate in code reviews, and follow defined development standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of relevant SecOps certifications.

• Experience assisting with integrations of third-party security products into ServiceNow.

• Some knowledge of Agile project methodology and ITIL processes.

• Ability to deliver clear technical documentation.

• Interest in pursuing ServiceNow certifications.
