As part of the ABM team, you will play a key role in driving targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with potential customers, and supporting our growth initiatives.&nbsp; Key Responsibilities* Understand customers’ needs, research pain points of the assigned ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) ; gain strong understanding of the product.&nbsp;* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels.&nbsp;* Utilize cold email marketing tools such as Apollo, Hubspot; Crunchbase to manage outreach campaigns.* Craft targeted cold email copy and adapt messaging across Emails, LinkedIn and other channels to ensure high engagement and conversion.* Run A/B tests on messaging, frequency, and timing; track results, and scale successful campaigns.* Assist with partnerships, growth experiments, and other ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with the founding team. If you enjoy uncovering edge cases, spotting cracks in the foundation, and breaking software in creative ways, this role is for you! You will test new features in our core product, validate its interaction with tools like Zendesk and Jira, and write automation scripts to streamline the testing process. Collaborating closely with developers, you'll ensure robust feature coverage and implement effective testing strategies. Requirements :* 2025 graduates from B.Tech or similar courses.* Hands-on experience in software testing, either manual or automated.* Knowledge of test methodologies, QA processes, and corresponding tools.* Understanding of best security practices and the ability to identify potential vulnerabilities in software.* Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.* Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.* Self-driven and eager to learn new tools and technologies to improve the testing process.
