Job Overview 

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Associate Growth Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As part of the ABM team, you will play a key role in driving targeted outreach campaigns, engaging with potential customers, and supporting our growth initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities

* Understand customers’ needs, research pain points of the assigned ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) ; gain strong understanding of the product. 

* Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and other outreach channels. 

* Utilize cold email marketing tools such as Apollo, Hubspot; Crunchbase to manage outreach campaigns.

* Craft targeted cold email copy and adapt messaging across Emails, LinkedIn and other channels to ensure high engagement and conversion.

* Run A/B tests on messaging, frequency, and timing; track results, and scale successful campaigns.

* Assist with partnerships, growth experiments, and other ad-hoc tasks in collaboration with the founding team.

Requirements  

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BCA/MCA, Business Management or a related field. 

* Strong creative communication ; writing ability and can tailor messaging to specific audiences

* Strong problem solving skills and learning new tools to scale growth.

* Collaborative mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. 

* Comfortable working on the US time zone 

Nice to Have 

* Track record of of writing articles and blogs in public domain

* Track record of creating explainer or instructional videos

* Experience with teaching or instructional training on any technical topics
