Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level B2B Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, with a strong focus on business development in the B2B sector. The role demands expertise in SaaS sales and a commitment to driving our mission of zero-emission logistics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales is mandatory for this role.
- Experience in Moor Vehicle/ EV sales is a mandatory skill required to drive our technology-focused solutions.
- Strong knowledge in sales strategy development, essential for achieving company sales goals and growth.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to effectively close deals and form lasting partnerships with clients.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the business efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting ideas clearly.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over several years.
- Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus, providing valuable insights into client needs.
