Job Title: Quality Auditor

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor in US sales or marketing campaigns.
2. Proficient in US sales voice processes.
3. Knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Sessions, and Dip Checks.
4. Familiarity with MS Office, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
6. Immediate availability to work from home.
7. Possess relevant skills and interests.
8. Comfortable with US Shifts (7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST).
9. Candidates should be willing to work from the Noida office.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the operations team by timely reporting of task completions to stakeholders.
2. Assist in data validation, tagging, and provide ad hoc support for various quality processes.
3. Ensure tasks are completed with high accuracy and within specified deadlines.
4. Collaborate with other auditors to meet project deadlines.
5. Prepare daily activity reports for the Quality Manager.
6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) while tagging data.
7. Demonstrate effective and prompt communication skills.
8. Understand various text and call quality metrics.
9. Help identify issues in call center processes.
10. Utilize problem-solving skills to address deficiencies identified during audits.
