Job Title: Call Quality Auditor-Contact Centre ( US Sales voice process)


Responsibilities:

  • Support operations team with timely task reporting
  • Validate and data tagging for quality processes
  • Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Report to Quality Manager daily
  • Follow SOP for data tagging
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills
  • Understand call center quality metrics
  • Identify process issues and provide solutions

Requirements:

  • 2 years of QA experience in US sales/marketing
  • US sales voice process experience
  • Familiar with Audits, Feedback, Calibration, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Immediate work-from-home capability
  • Comfortable in US shifts
  • Willing to work from the office


Location: Noida

CTC: Up to 6 LPA + incentives

Shift Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST

Facilities: Both side cab + 1-time meal provided
