Job description :-Position: QA Auditor - US Sales Voice Process

Location: Noida

work from office

CTC: Up to 6 LPA + Incentives

Shift Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST (US Shift)

Both side cab facility + 1 time meal provided

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in QA for US sales/marketing campaigns

US sales voice process experience

Knowledge of Audits, Feedback, Calibration, Briefing Session, and Dip Check

Proficient in MS Office, Google sheets, etc.

Strong written and verbal English skills

Immediate work-from-home availability

Comfortable with US shifts and office work

Responsibilities:

Support operations team with timely task reporting

Validate and tag data, provide ad hoc support in quality processes

Ensure accurate and timely task completion

Collaborate with team auditors and report to Quality Manager

Follow SOPs for data tagging

Demonstrate effective communication skills

Identify issues in call center processes and propose solutions
