Basic Qualification

· 2 or more years of Hands-on experience working in Google Cloud in a DevOps role

· 4 years building or operating Cloud based solutions

Google Cloud Professional Certification for DevOps (nice to have)

Technical Skills

· Experience of working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment

· Construct and deploy CI/CD pipelines using cloud native tools.

· Git and Jenkins for orchestrating automated workflows.

· Experience in one or more scripting/development languages - Python/Shell/Go/NodeJS/Java

· Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Helm and Terraform

· Terraform state manipulation

· Hands on experience in Gitlab pipeline and auto DevOps tools.

· Experience deploying to AWS/GCP/Azure Kubernetes as service.

· Containerization and cluster management technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

· In-depth knowledge of cloud tech - particularly GCP

· Automated testing and automated deployment, source version control

Strong automation experience

Roles & Responsibilities

· Work with business SME to build and implement methods for DevOps automation of all parts of the build data pipelines to deploy from development to production

· Build solutions on GCP foundation platform using Infrastructure As Code methods (e.g., Terraform)

· Integrate, configure, deploy and manage centrally provided common cloud services (e.g., IAM, networking, logging, Operating systems, Containers.)
