- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Ability to handle multiple clients efficiently.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads, with basic knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Familiarity with email campaigns and tools like Mailchimp, Apollo.io, and Clay.io.
- Experience in developing strategic plans for B2B customers.
- Prior experience working with B2B clients is preferred.
- Strong social listening skills to track trends and audience sentiment.
- Creativity in content creation and campaign execution.
- Quick learner with adaptability to new trends and tools.
- Strong monitoring and analytical skills to assess campaign performance.
