Position Overview:


The Sales Executive - Products and Services will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of Zerozilla Infotech by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the Mumbai region, as well as in India, Dubai, and the USA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, particularly in IT staffing and project acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.

 Identify target markets, potential clients, and sales opportunities.

 Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote Zerozilla Infotech's products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Zerozilla's offerings.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial.

Specifically target clients in India, Dubai, and the USA for business development.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and products offered by Zerozilla Infotech.

Provide clients with accurate and detailed information about product features, benefits, and usage.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Sales Performance and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and performance against targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Team Collaboration and Development:

Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and develop effective sales strategies.

Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Provide feedback and support to junior sales team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in IT staffing and project acquisition.

Knowledge of the Indian, Dubai, and USA markets.

Willingness to travel within the Mumbai region.
