Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope, quality, and budget.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with web developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Web Development: Apply hands-on experience in website development to guide the team on technical aspects, including front-end and back-end development.
• Web Design: Use Figma to create and review wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups. Ensure design consistency and alignment with user needs.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure web solutions meet industry standards, focusing on performance, user experience, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate potential challenges and devise strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest web design and development trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in project management, ideally in the web development and design space.
• Technical Expertise: Strong experience with web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems (CMS).
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Web Technologies: Familiarity with website development frameworks and platforms, such as WordPress, React, or Angular.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle challenges, anticipate roadblocks, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain high standards in design, code, and project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of back-end development technologies like PHP, Node.js, or Python is a plus.
