Job Description – Content Writer (Creative Writing) 

Role: Content Writer

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Study the project and target audience thoroughly. 
• Plan and create content and calendars in collaboration with Manager/Director and the client. 
• Develop original content and revise draft content for Websites, executive summaries, brochures, video scripts, social media, compelling solution summaries, executive letters, and emailers. 
• Focus on human elements and personal connect with the audience, rather relying solely on AIs for content generation. 
• Ideate and conceptualize campaign ideas. Storytelling is a must. 
• Craft strong marketing messaging across all the platforms ensuring consistency. 
• Collaborate with social media team and graphic designers to execute well-crafted visuals and campaigns. 
• Collaborate with UI/UX Designers to deliver high quality original content for the websites. 
• Make consistent revisions based on internal review and client feedbacks. 
• Develop and execute in the defined deadline for each project. 

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, Journalism, English Literature, Creative Writing or related discipline. 
• Have excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills – content writing and grammar. 
• Understand and articulate the client/end-user point of view/values and craft a high-level communication plan 
• Excellent time management skills to meet strict deadlines. 
• strong interpersonal skills Expertise in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
