Job Overview
The Marketing Representative (Junior Level) will join our Ahmedabad team full-time and focus on representing Zenon Healthcare’s diverse pharmaceutical portfolio. The role involves executing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving product promotion initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the pharmaceutical sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Pharmaceutical Marketing (Mandatory skill): hands-on experience in marketing pharmaceutical products across various channels and understanding industry-specific market dynamics.
- Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): proficiency in building and managing lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and partners to drive repeat business.
- Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill): expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining digital campaigns for product promotion across digital and social media platforms.
- Product Promotion: demonstrated ability to strategize, organize, and execute promotional activities that boost product awareness and drive sales growth in targeted markets.
- Relationship Building: strong interpersonal and networking abilities to engage with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and channel partners effectively.
- Data Analysis: solid analytical skills for collecting, interpreting, and utilizing market and customer data to inform decisions and report results.
- Keen understanding of the pharmaceutical regulatory environment, ensuring marketing activities are compliant with relevant standards and laws.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage target customers, including healthcare professionals, clinics, and distributors, to promote Zenon Healthcare’s pharmaceutical product offerings.
- Develop, implement, and monitor marketing initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and product positioning.
- Build, nurture, and sustain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty to Zenon’s brand.
- Support the execution of digital marketing and brand campaigns designed to increase market visibility and educate target audiences.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, regulatory, and R&D, to ensure accurate product information and seamless go-to-market strategies.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend improvements to marketing tactics and product offerings.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and promotional events to showcase Zenon’s product portfolio to a wider audience.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign effectiveness, market opportunities, and competitor activities for management review.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry advancements and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
