Key Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced analysis of wind turbine blade data, ensuring accurate classification of defects.
• Take ownership of the final QC process before delivering results to the client.
• Conduct 10% sample checks on third-party and in-house deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts in technical processes and defect identification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of process documentation, including SOPs and flowcharts.
• Provide quantitative feedback to improve AI models used in data analysis.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Composite, or related field).
• 2 to 4 years of experience in wind turbine blade inspection and analysis.
• Strong understanding of wind turbine technology and structural analysis methodologies.
• Expertise in identifying anomalies and assessing defect severity.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
