Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for Ayu Careers that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
· Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
· Screen and assess candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.
· Conduct interviews and reference checks to ensure that candidates meet our partner hospital's requirements.
· Collaborate with Ayu Health's partner hospitals to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
· Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with candidates and partner hospitals.
· Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools, associations, and other industry organizations to expand the candidate pool.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in nursing recruitment and staffing.
· Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related
paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
· Should hold good knowledge in Google spreadsheet, google forms, google drive and google calendar also data maintenance.
Key Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, healthcare management, or related field.
· At least 3 years of experience in nursing recruitment or staffing.
· Knowledge of nursing and healthcare industry standards and practices.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
· CTC- 4.5 to 5LPA.
