Key Responsibilities
● Creating policies and handbooks that detail company operations.
● Document Collection - Offer closure tracker maintain > coordination with TA's/ Managers.
● Offer discussion > Prior coordination for Budget approval from Reporting Manager & TA's/ Managers
● Offer Closure emails & Offer approvals.
● Offer release and follow-ups > Salary Structures > offer letter upload & candidates follow ups.
● Pre onboarding follow-ups -Follow-ups with the joining candidates day before >Asset’s arrangements >Sitting arrangements.
● Onboarding Process (On the day of Joining) - Email ID creation>Joining Formalities & documentation
>Assigning IT Assets>ID cards & VC Cards>Induction>Introducing with the respective team.
● Online Joining Formalities & documentation verifications.
● Handling Employee Database (Both Soft & Hard, Files Management, Prepare a master database of all employees & Tracking of all in and out).
● Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
● Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
● Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits.
● Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed..
● Prepare a master database of all employees
● Day-to-day Observation for a week, 30-60-90 days checks.
● Setting and planning the Employee Engagement activities.
● Familiarity with MS Office G-suite, excel advanced formulas, good number knowledge.
● Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Key Qualifications
● UG/PG in Human Resource Management & labour laws.
● Previous working experience preferably as a HR generalist/onboarding for at least 2-3 years.
● Start-up experience is mandatory.
● Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
● Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
● A positive, “can do” attitude.
● CTC - 4 to 5.5lpa.
● Only immediate joiner.
● Only Male.
