Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR IT Recruitment Intern to join our team remotely for a flexible assignment lasting 3-6 months. This internship offers a unique opportunity to delve into the entire recruitment lifecycle, leveraging data analytics to attract and engage with GenZ candidates.

- Interview Insight: Participate in interviews, gaining valuable experience in assessing skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Help us provide a smooth, positive experience for every candidate, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
- ATS Master: Get hands-on with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), learning how to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Market Maestro: Research market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with our hiring managers and HR team, understanding their needs and building strong relationships.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our digital presence.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Passionate about HR and IT recruitment with a keen interest in data-driven recruitment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with GenZ candidates.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
- Familiarity with HR technologies and recruitment tools is a plus.
- AI Savvy is bonus.
