We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing solutions to streamline operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

·        Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.

·        Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.

·        Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

·        Utilize data analysis tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

·        Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

·        Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

·        Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

·        Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates.

·        Create and maintain project documentation and deliverables.

·        Train and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

·        At least 2+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.

·        Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·        Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

·        Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

·        Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

·        Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
