- To conducts established training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes.
- Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
- Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely delivery of skill based, technical and development training experiences to support the current and long-term needs of the organization.
- Identify gaps in training/expectations of associates and leaders and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement training and development opportunities.
- Form relationships with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, and the wider organization to execute needs and strategy of the business.
- Support front line leaders in operations maximizing the development of all Operations teams.
- Develop and conduct course assessments.
- Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm leading multi-module programs over extended periods of time.
- Quickly and accurately assess, coach and develop individuals throughout the learning process to ensure understanding.
- World class facilitation and curriculum delivery.
- Conduct evaluations and monitor success of participants and overall program.
- To train the students actual working environment and to gain practical knowledge and skills
- Fundamental understanding or exposure of ITI training and MSME working environment and practices
