Job Profile
We are hiring ideal candidate from Staffing industry , Pay roll and Compliance industry or HR services industry. The objective is to prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for Yashaswi Group specially in Manufacturing Sector selling Contract staffing, Naps, Learn & Earn services.
One should have a strong connect in HR domain and should have managed a sales team in the past. The locations and states which will be managed by you will be Tamil Nadu, AP / Telangana, Karnataka.
Business Development Managers one based in each location and you will drive a regional target for South selling the above mentioned products focusing in Manufacturing clients.
Responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market penetration
Qualifications
- MBA with relevant work experience in hunting profile, specially from Staffing industry , Pay roll and Compliance industry, HR services industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
