About the Role:

Xtrim Global Solutions is looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruiter / HR Executive to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for our international BPO/KPO operations while supporting various HR functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for international voice and non-voice BPO roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
• Conduct telephonic and in-person HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with operations and technical panels.
• Handle onboarding, background verification, and documentation processes.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
• Conduct induction sessions and assist with training coordination.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement activities and retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in BPO recruitment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, especially in English.
• Familiarity with hiring for night shifts and international processes.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
