Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in generating high-quality leads for IT services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging prospects, and nurturing leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities in the IT services industry.
• Generate leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.
• Qualify leads based on company requirements and target demographics.
• Engage prospects and set up meetings or calls for the sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, interactions, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably for IT services.
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales, cold outreach, and email marketing strategies.
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools for lead prospecting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
