Roles & Responsibilities: 

 To handle & support customer complaint remotely 

 To visit site for rectification / resolution, if requires 

 To visit site for preventive maintenance of PLC & SCADA System 

 Maintaining customer complaint log, documentation 

Technical Skills: PLC & SCADA 

 Should have exposure to PLC & SCADA (especially Schneider PLC & SCADA), IT &  Networking component. 

 Should have exposure to communication protocol, Modbus Serial, Modbus TCP/IP etc. SCADA Configuration, Modification, Testing 

 PLC Programming, Development 

 Troubleshooting 

 Exposure to Solar vertical is preferable
