Position: HR Head

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident, professional, and fluent English-speaking HR Head to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions for our white-collar team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in compliance, team leadership, and strategic HR initiatives, ensuring seamless HR operations aligned with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

✅ Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and promote a strong employer brand.

✅ Onboarding & Employee Life Cycle Management

Oversee smooth onboarding, induction, and end-to-end employee journey processes.

✅ HR Policy Development & Statutory Compliance

Formulate, update, and ensure implementation of HR policies in line with labor laws, including ISO documentation and audits.

✅ Employee Engagement & Culture Building

Drive initiatives that foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging work culture.

✅ Grievance Handling & Conflict Resolution

Act as a trusted advisor to resolve employee issues and ensure a fair, transparent workplace.

✅ HR Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and upskill the HR team to achieve departmental goals and support business strategy.

✅ Compliance Management

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices across all HR operations.


Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership HR role, especially managing white-collar teams.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and ISO requirements.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

High degree of professionalism, integrity, and people management capability.

Proficiency in HRMS tools and modern HR practices.
