Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Architect with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and have basic knowledge of Photoshop. In addition, a strong understanding of corporation plans, civil engineering principles, and the ability to handle client interactions, materials, and work agencies are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create architectural designs and plans, ensuring compliance with all regulations and client requirements.
• Proficiently use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic Photoshop for drafting and visualization.
• Review and interpret corporation plans to ensure that designs align with local building codes and regulations.
• Apply technical knowledge in civil engineering to design solutions that are structurally sound and feasible.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored architectural solutions.
• Manage and coordinate material selection, sourcing, and procurement.
• Oversee work agencies and contractors to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other professionals involved in the project.
