Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high-value business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting
  • Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations for potential customers
  • Manage complete sales cycles from initial contact through contract closure
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to optimize conversion rates
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management in CRM systems
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Provide valuable market feedback to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in professional services or agency management software
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with modern CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Understanding of digital agency operations, project management, or professional services workflows
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
