Title - Customer Care Executive – UK/US Shift

Location - Chandigarh IT Park

Shift - 5.5 days working, Rotational 9 hours shift + Cab Facility

Salary - Up to max 36K CTC + 5-6K monthly Incentives

Shift Timings : Rotational UK or US timings.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Resolving complaints related to Customers over calls and Emails.

• Generating reports.

• Handling the Customer complaints will be part of the job as per requirement.

• Interdepartmental communication with the counterparts in the UK office.

• No Sales/ No Targets.
