Title - US Lead Generation 

Location - Mohali ( Near CP-67 Mall)

Salary - Up to 60K CTC

US Shift - ( 4:30pm - 1:30am)

5 days working + Sat/Sun off + Cabs (pick n drop)

Details:-

•  3-5 years of proven experience in closing new B2B deals in Contact Center/BPO/KPO.

•  Prospect daily via calls, emails, and social media to secure discovery meetings.

•  Understand client requirements and align them with the right BPO solutions.

•  Lead RFPs/RFIs, pricing discussions, and proposal preparation.

•  Negotiate MSAs/SOWs and successfully close new-logo business deals.

•  Ensure compliance with U.S. telemarketing and data privacy regulations (TSR/TCPA).

•  Closed multi-stakeholder deals involving Ops, IT/Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement.

•  Hands-on experience in building proposals and pricing models.

•  Knowledge of compliance and security standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR/CCPA, HIPAA).

•Immediate joining preferred.
