Job details:-

•    Must have Min for 2-3 years of US Team handling experience.

•    Handling a team who handles Compliance/ documentation reviews related to clients.

•    Leading and Managing team with a knack to help team members and get solutions to their issues/concerns.

•    Ability to make effective independent decisions.

•    Analyzing team goals and managing team performance.

•    Help team members to improvise their respective performance, coach/ mentor/ train when required.

•    Review team members work regularly.

•    Strong communication and inter-personal skills

•    Basic email and chat etiquettes

•    Immediate joining preferred.
